This year tickets for the 26th Anniversary Presidential ​Dinner are available for all delegates and can be purchased during the registration process for the Annual Meeting. In case you have already completed your registration and wish to attend the dinner, you will be able​ to edit your registration and to reserve a ticket for the Presidential ​Dinner, by clicking on the Online Registration button and choosing the "Edit my registration" option.

  • Additional 30 USD commission is required.

  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. 

  • Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time


Note: in case of cancelation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (30 USD) will not be refunded (applicable to Bank Transfer payments only) 

All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Cancellations received up and including April 13, 2017 – full refund
  • Cancellations received between 14 April to 7 June, 2017 – 50% will be refunded
  • From 8 June, 2017– no refund will be made​
